studio apartment helpful staff fabulous holiday
The studio apartment had everything I needed. It made my holiday fabulous. Staff were accommodating. They were pretty good for me.
My keycard went missing . Some personal items disappeared too. This.

decent stay with some issues
ineffective air conditioning limited breakfast variety
my stay started well the staff were helpful. however i noticed the air conditioning wasn't very effective it struggled to cool the room. also the promised breakfast buffet was smaller than expected its variety was limited. i expected more from a hotel of this class

the location is excellent, providing easy access to many attractions. i found the bathroom clean. bedside reading lights were good too.

missing keycard unsettling experience
My second keycard disappeared on my second day. It was a little unsettling. i also lost a limited-edition water bottle and some health supplements. the hotel reimbursed me for the lost items, but i still felt uneasy ! if you stay here, use the safe. Its important.

amazing central stay
excellent communication attentive staff necessary equipment cava chocolates
the communication before my arrival was excellent, and the reception staff were very attentive. the apartment had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the convenience of leaving my bags on both check-in and check-out days. the team arranged a surprise bottle of cava and chocolates for my birthday (a lovely touch!).
my second keycard went missing , which caused a slight feeling of unease.
